Roasted Orange Vinaigrette, Mango Lime Aioli over a Jicama Salad.

MAIN COURSE

Ancho Encrusted Prime Rib
Served with Red Chile Au jus.

Southwest Beef Wellington
Stuffed with Portobello Mushroom and Jalapeno Bacon. Topped with a Chile Wine Sauce.

Pan Seared Halibut
Topped with a Jalapeno Asparagus Cream Sauce and Shoestring Potatoes.

Seafood Cioppino
Mussel, Shrimp, Crab and Lobster. Tossed with Angel Hair Pasta and a Spicy Marinara sauce. Served with Our Homemade Garlic Toast.
